I've been a Big O customer for 25 years and if it's not an emergency the Springville location is my go to, even living a couple towns away. They treat me like a friend and when they find an issue they let me know without making me feel like they just want my money. Long story short, great guys, great location and they've got a customer for life.

I have been a long time customer here and one of the Provo locations. They always go above and beyond. I've always felt cared for and that mine and my family's safety is a priority for them. They have always taken the time and care to show me my tire conditions, improvements that can be done, and are always priced competitively. They stand by their word and you can tell just how much they care for their customers. This kind of treatment is rare nowady. This is a business you want to work with.

Went in for a oil change and air filter it too well over a hour when it wasn't busy so disappointing because I asked about it I had a toddler with me and I even ask can I just get a credit and come back and he said oh just 15 more mims NOPE ! That wasn't the case just so disappointing because I loved coming here for their costumer service previously I had left a great review but the fact that they couldn't communicate with me and literally saw me struggling because at the end he coulnt even make eye contact just put my keys down. I guess from now on Ill go to the drive thru. I definitely left very upset and disappointed this use to be my favorite place we brought both cars in

I had them mount my new sandcraft paddles on my new Hostile wheels! fast, friendly, they paid extra careful attention to details direction on tire verses front /back not to mention carefully mounting the tires on my wheels (no scratches 😁) Awesome work!

Been going here since 2007 with my 3 vehicles and five of my kids cars. Thoroughly recommendable. Not my nearest, or even my nearest Big O. Very friendly, very honest, ready to discuss finest tech details. I am treated with respect and listened to. Know them all by first name and count them all as friends.
